I was thinking about how easy it can be for us to forget that lasting strength and agility comes from consistently sticking with the fitness basics. Youthful fitness can come naturally to many but by middle age the body will start to show the wear and tear. Its the fundamentals that help keep us limber and create the building blocks for the more elaborate fitness feats.
