One of the hardest habits for many people to change for the better is often smoking. The health risks are well documented but the fact remains that in Ireland it still contributes to 5,500 smokers dying each year from tobacco related diseases. Smoking is the leading cause of preventable death worldwide, killing over five million people annually. Knowing this rarely offers inspiration for people to change though.
Finn spoke with Robert Ziegenfuss after his morning workout about the difficulties of giving up cigarettes and how he has struggled over the years. Robert shared with us some of the psychological triggers that kept bringing him back to smoking.
He is determined to finally quit smoking for good.
