Why do Ladies Need Weight Lifting?

With everyone talking about fitness in January, its important to remember that you should be having fun with it first and foremost. Ladies, if you are looking to reduce body fat or change your body composition then think about picking up the weights this year. Try something new or change up your routine. We have many ladies who train with us in the gym and love how it makes them feel.
