You can feel a certain energy come alive in most cities. Vienna definitely delivers. In order to prime my day I was grateful to get a morning roof top workout. Here's a ten minute session to get the blood flowing and joints moving. Anyone can use these movements combined with good breathing to release built up over night tension and bring out the vitality needed to earn your day.
