Caring About Bone Density as you Grow Old?

As we grow older its common for many of us to slow down a bit. Your energy levels are lower and maybe you move a little less than you used to. Sitting down seems like a natural thing to do in order to take a load off those weary bones of yours. So you would think. Of course I am not saying don't rest.
