Lower back pain, I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. The causes that lead to it are endless. Maybe you had a sports injury. Maybe you have a job that keeps you at a desk all day. (You know who you are.) Maybe you even sneezed the wrong way. Yes, it can happen. Whatever the cause, there are ways to help prevent the spinal tension from building to a point of no return.
