A Basic Flexibility Challenge with Finn

Today's flexibility challenge requires you to open up the hips and stretch those hip flexors. A strong sense of spatial awareness will also come in to play. As you get older you find that functional flexibility can easily fade without any notice if you don't stay active. You wonder where it all went. Flexibility diminishes but thankfully with some daily practice it can come back just as fast. As always, let me know how you do.
