You need to embrace it as much as you can to steal the rewards from it each and every time. While this is a workout for intermediate level, as always you can adjust the intensity, range of motion and pace of the exercises to match your current level of fitness. If you can do the intermediate level make sure you keep with it. You only cheat yourself. Come on. It's leg day. Motivation talk over. Let's get after it.
