Follow Along Qigong Workout

Where the mind goes the body will follow. Let's keep this at the forefront of our thoughts with this easy to follow Qigong energy workout. I needed to break up the routine and take a slightly different approach to putting myself into a relaxed flow state. The aim will always be to improve joint mobility and overall flexibility. I am loving the breath work and clarity of thought I have when I am exercising outdoors. I would love you to try it out and let me know what you think.
