Accept Where You Are & Start Making Progress

When you are a kid you just start something. You do your best most times and accept that you are new to it all. As we get older we somehow seem to loose that ability to accept where we are starting from if its not an ideal scenario or close to it. If you feel like you are in a hole at times its easier to pretend like its not real or that it will fix itself. I took several years to come to terms with where I was in many areas of my life but the moment I did, I found it easy to get help. Accept where you are in your health and fitness, right now, so you can create a plan of action and get some accountability. It's time to start making progress in the areas that matter the most to your life.
