Hill Runs in Spain | Coaching Tips from Borja Rubio (PT 2)

Did someone say running? Yes, that's right. Running was always something I took for granted having grown up in sports. I when I was younger I didn't think there was much to it other than putting one foot forward one after another. I have since realized there is a massive difference between running and running efficiently. What separates someone who runs with contant injuries vs someone who can recovery from a marathon within 24-48 hours or less.


I am back with part two of my interview with athletic Coach Borja Rubio in Murcia, Spain. A big thanks to Borja for all the training advice. It became a key part of my endurance training.
