How to Improve Your Posture

One of the biggest problems I regularly come across has to be people with poor posture and issues directly related. This can be caused by an adaptation to a previous injury, sedentary lifestyle or even mirrored body language as they grow up watching someone do the same. Along with breathing issues, mobility issues and so on you can even feel it affecting your personal confidence over time. Why not try a simple exercise to help keep your posture on the right track and feel better for it.
