Effective Walking for Beginners (Part 2)

We can easily take walking for granted when so many of us can live without having to go very far for the conveniences we love. If you don't walk regularly you can feel the strain on your muscles and joints build up fast. Toss in some poor mobility and its a recipe for serious injury. Effective walking comes down to knowing the basics and putting them to practice.
